500 sales!!

Great news for the Etsy shop, tonight it reaches its first 500 sales!

They have been 2 years and a half really hard, with an incredibile amount of hours dedicated to working, 13-15hs per day, to creating many orders, each one personalized for a customer, ideating always new models and creating the prototypes, looking for new materials and testing them, elaborating descriptions as much as possible complete and clear for helping the client to find what he/she was looking for, doing almost daily long waits at the post offices, offering my best customer care in the daily contact with customers but also handling and solving many problems, studying the statistical data, the online marketing, the digital photography, the methods for online payments and worldwide shipping, often working also during the night for meeting the needs of the overseas buyers in different time zones and helping the customers that ask for rush orders!

Two years and a half stressful but also amazing and rich of emotions and contacts with wonderful people from all over the world! Thank you to you all, to all customers and visitors of the shop, the followers of this blog and twitter, the facebook fans and friends, the Etsy Italia team friends!! PassionArte will continue to grow for you and with you!

First Etsy birthday, featurings and other surprises for my shop!

Happy birthday to my shop!! Yesterday was my first birthday on Etsy, I was excited! One year ago, Etsy was a wonderful and unexpected discover for me: I always loved crafting with all material but I never made it like a job! I really worked hard during this year and finally the results are coming! It’s a big emotion shipping overaseas one of my creations, a cake topper that will make smile a bride and groom and their guests or a child for his birthday, or a person who receive it as gift! I would thanks to Etsy, to my clients and to my friends of the Etsy Italia Team!

Last weeks was also full of surprises! I received many orders, especially for wedding and birthday cake toppers and also I'm featured on the Storque (the Etsy blog) and I was three time on the Etsy front page!!!

Handmade by me nativity scene, the Christmas decoration for my home

Some years ago, I created a little Nativity scene and every year I add some pieces so my scene is growing! Every year I used a different clay that I discovered during the last months! Last year I purchased a little pump and created a working small river that this year is become a waterfall... I love hear the sound of the water! This Christmas I was too busy with the orders on my Etsy shop so I haven't time to add any piece but... there are still some days to Christmas..!

A wonderful place

This summer I have not gone on vacation! I love go for a trip especially to visit cities, parks, museums, to know history and cultures different of mine, but it's possible only sometimes! However, I'm lucky and I live in a very beautiful place with many wonderful beaches and I can dive in the crystal clear water when I want! Do you like it???
