Here it is some recent cute features for my creations!

The first one I would show it's Water Lily Jewels blog that featured my Cats cake toppers! I love how Eva, the blogger, described them! The Mice cake topper are featured on the "Groom Sold Separately" site They wrote: "Have you decided what to put on top of your wedding cake? Sky Blue Events site featured the Mice cake toppers (their lovely backs!!) and wrote: "Etsy is one of my favorite sites to browse through. I can lose myself for hours in all of the gorgeous shops. Wedding cake topper: Fat cat and fat bee on the beach!

Today I would show you a lovely cake topper created for a nice client and her informal beach wedding: the cute and funny fat cat and fat bee (nicknames of the couple), groom and bride, seems relaxing on the beach on their big day!
The details are personalized, the bee wears lovely heart-shaped sunglasses and tiara of flowers, wings are plastic, arms and legs are wire, they are sitting on a red striped blanket and are holding hands (paws!), real sand and shells are glued on the base, the sea water and the sunglasses are glazed, a beach ball and a crab complete the miniature scene!

ITA: Oggi vorrei mostrarvi un cake topper creato per un matrimonio informale che si è svolto in una spiaggia (USA): gatto e ape (nomignoli della coppia) sposi cicciottelli. I dettagli sono personalizzati, l'ape indossa occhiali da sole a forma di cuore, e una coroncina di fiori, le ali sono in materiale plastico, le zampette in filo metallico, sono seduti su un telo mare a strisce bianche e rosse e si tengono per mano (per zampa!), vera sabbia e conchiglie sono incollate nella base, la riva del mare e gli occhiali da sole sono verniciati lucidi, una palla e un granchietto completano la scena in miniatura! In alto potete vedere le foto, bozze e fase di creazione incluse.

ITA: Il cake topper con i pesciolini che si sbaciucchiano è appena arrivato a destinazione! Sono due divertenti pesci color rosa perlato e blu-verde, che indossano velo (lei) e cappello a cilindro (lui) in una scena sottomarina con alghe, coralli, vere conchiglie e sabbia. Un filo metallico nascosto nei coralli è un piccolo trucco che consente di sostenerli come se fossero sospesi e stessero nuotando! Il banner con i nomi e la data è removibile, come richiesto dalla sposa.

Handmade by me nativity scene, the Christmas decoration for my home

Some years ago, I created a little Nativity scene and every year I add some pieces so my scene is growing! Every year I used a different clay that I discovered during the last months! Last year I purchased a little pump and created a working small river that this year is become a waterfall... I love hear the sound of the water! This Christmas I was too busy with the orders on my Etsy shop so I haven't time to add any piece but... there are still some days to Christmas..!

My funny Beach chicken, part of my miniature scene collection, is featured on the Etsy Italia Team blog!

"Where are you going mum?!", says the baby chick perplexed!

It's a funny and cute miniature scene, created with colorful modelling clay, left unglazed (only the sea is painted with mat varnish), full of micro details: pink polka dots bikini painted with acrylic colors (pearled pink), flippers, mask with real plastic “lens” and snorkel, sand castle, beach toys (shovels, plane sifter, pail) realized with extreme precision and patience!

Moreover the sand and eight micro shells are real and natural.

You just cannot smile when you look at this scene! Collect all miniature scenes I’m listing! Use it as a decor, a funny and cute gift or as a small cake topper (in this case, please do not put it directly on the surface of the cake).

It comes in a nice gift box. Measurement: base is approx 6 cm x 8 cm; Beach Chicken is 2,8 cm tall.
