They have been 2 years and a half really hard, with an incredibile amount of hours dedicated to working, 13-15hs per day, to creating many orders, each one personalized for a customer, ideating always new models and creating the prototypes, looking for new materials and testing them, elaborating descriptions as much as possible complete and clear for helping the client to find what he/she was looking for, doing almost daily long waits at the post offices, offering our best customer care in the daily contact with customers but also handling and solving many problems, studying the statistical data, the online marketing, the digital photography, the methods for online payments and worldwide shipping, often working also during the night for meeting the needs of the overseas buyers in different time zones and helping the customers that ask rush orders!
Two years and a half stressful but also amazing and rich of emotions and contacts with wonderful people from all over the world!
