Red Pandas wedding cake toppers: new critters on the shop!

New critters are now available on the shop, the Red Panda cake toppers! The challenge was to create a cute and funny little face for an animal that has a naturally "scowled" look, but I think they turned out very cute and I'm satisfied of the result! As well as the client that ordered them! :)

500 sales!!

Great news for the Etsy shop, tonight it reaches its first 500 sales!

They have been 2 years and a half really hard, with an incredibile amount of hours dedicated to working, 13-15hs per day, to creating many orders, each one personalized for a customer, ideating always new models and creating the prototypes, looking for new materials and testing them, elaborating descriptions as much as possible complete and clear for helping the client to find what he/she was looking for, doing almost daily long waits at the post offices, offering my best customer care in the daily contact with customers but also handling and solving many problems, studying the statistical data, the online marketing, the digital photography, the methods for online payments and worldwide shipping, often working also during the night for meeting the needs of the overseas buyers in different time zones and helping the customers that ask for rush orders!

Two years and a half stressful but also amazing and rich of emotions and contacts with wonderful people from all over the world! Thank you to you all, to all customers and visitors of the shop, the followers of this blog and twitter, the facebook fans and friends, the Etsy Italia team friends!! PassionArte will continue to grow for you and with you!

I've just come back from the post office after shipping a super-rush order for a personalized Elmo cake topper (ordered last night!) so I thought to show some of more recent pictures and the work in progress of my latest orders! My wedding place cards featured on Etsy FP!

A lot of things to write, I've rarely updated my blog recently! Where to start?? From the latest new, I was on Etsy Front page yesterday with my "Leaves" wedding place cards!! :D A big thanks to CallmeMimì for having included me in her beautiful Treasury!

And since we are talking about the wedding place cards, I would you like to show the models now available! Even I have a lot of ideas in mind for new models that I will create very soon... ;)

The "Leaves" model are placecard tents for wedding receptions or special dinners; they are handmade in Italy of ivory cardstock with cutout delicate brown leaves applied protruding on the upper edge, and the front corners have a delicate cutout edge!

Size: when tented 3" long x 2" high; when open 3" x 4".
Cardstock: ivory, 200gr/mq
Ink color is customizable; in the example shown, it's dark brown.
Leaves are brown; other colors are available.
Many other fonts are available.
(Colors may vary due to monitor settings)

They are available also blank so you can handwrite on them!

Coordinate table numbers/names, also available.

~✿HOW TO ORDER:
Price:

for order up to 49 pieces, each placecard has a cost of 1,50 $ (1,1 €) (ie. 10 placecards cost 15$ -or 11 €);

for orders for 50 placecards or more the cost is 1,40 $ (1 €) (ie. 50 placecards cost 70 $ -or 50 €).

Shipping via normal airmail is 7 $ (5 €), via registered mail with tracking is 14 $ (10 €).

1) please contact me to passionarte.handmade(at)yahoo.it writing me the quantity you need (do not forget to order some extra cards).
2) I will send a paypal invoice that you can pay with all credit cards even if you haven't a paypal account.
3) Send me a file with your guest list: name + the table number for each guest; please double check that all informations (names, tables, etc.) are exactly like you want they will be printed.
4) Your order will be ready by about 1 week. Let me know if you need a rush order. Delivery for US and Europe USUALLY takes about 8-12 days.

Ad now the "Heart" model! They have a cutout heart that links the name of the bride and the groom and the front corners are rounded...
