Bunnies wedding cake toppers... hop... hop

Maybe because spring is finally come, maybe because Easter is close or maybe simply because they are super cute :D , I'm receiving many orders for the Bunnies cake toppers!
Yesterday I was just managing their listings on the shop, changing pictures and some details. They have now a sligthly larger size, and are available in different versions:

Sheep and ram cake toppers... new friends on the shop!

Mickey Mouse ears Penguins cake toppers

It looks like a "strange" personalization but it is not so strange considering how many requests I'm receiving for them: the Mickey Mouse ears hats or headbands are a new customization available for the Penguins cake toppers! Many couples get engaged on Disneyland and they wish to incorporate some Disney magic onto their wedding! Everyone that visited one of the Disney Parks, know what I mean! Me too, I have just gone for my second time on Disneyland Paris last summer, where everyone can feel again like a child!

Penguins wedding cake toppers, a best seller


First post of the new year!! Hoping to have enough time for further posts... ehm ehm... :P
First post to celebrate the best sellers on the shop during last year, the Penguins! When friends ask me "what are you doing now?" my answer is 90% of times "I'm sculpting Penguins!!" :) and every day there are many penguins on my desk in different phases of their completion, some of them have only the body, for some of them I'm making the accessories and working on the tiny flowers for the bouquet, other ones are ready for the pictures and for being show to their "mom" and "dad" before being shipped!
I started with a couple of Penguins and now they are available in a lot of variations, with personalized banner, with military dress blues, with special flowers on the bouquet, with floral arcs, with snowflake bases, with baby penguins, and so on!

Fall weddings! My Autumn Place Cards


Autumn is come!
Actually… not completely for me! ;) Where I live, sunny days are still warming us, and I love walking on the beach, with the feet on the water, when I have a few minutes free (too rarely!). Finally the weather is not too hot like on August when it reaches 30°-40°C, not still cold like in winter… ahhhh I so love middle seasons and here is a good place for enjoing them! :D
BUT … fall is really came for a lot of my clients, the leaves start to turn colors on the trees or drift through the air creating wonderful scenarios…

So, this is the time of the year when I got buried under hundreds of fall-themed place cards and table numbers! :P

Red Pandas wedding cake toppers: new critters on the shop!

New critters are now available on the shop, the Red Panda cake toppers! The challenge was to create a cute and funny little face for an animal that has a naturally "scowled" look, but I think they turned out very cute and I'm satisfied of the result! As well as the client that ordered them! :)

500 sales!!

Great news for the Etsy shop, tonight it reaches its first 500 sales!
They have been 2 years and a half really hard, with an incredibile amount of hours dedicated to working, 13-15hs per day, to creating many orders, each one personalized for a customer, ideating always new models and creating the prototypes, looking for new materials and testing them, elaborating descriptions as much as possible complete and clear for helping the client to find what he/she was looking for, doing almost daily long waits at the post offices, offering my best customer care in the daily contact with customers but also handling and solving many problems, studying the statistical data, the online marketing, the digital photography, the methods for online payments and worldwide shipping, often working also during the night for meeting the needs of the overseas buyers in different time zones and helping the customers that ask for rush orders!
Two years and a half stressful but also amazing and rich of emotions and contacts with wonderful people from all over the world! Thank you to you all, to all customers and visitors of the shop, the followers of this blog and twitter, the facebook fans and friends, the Etsy Italia team friends!! PassionArte will continue to grow for you and with you!
